MY ROLE IN THIS PROJECT
CRED’s core value prop since the app launch till now is consolidated credit card management and payments. There was no competitor at launch which provided an offering like this. This is why the card management stack was so essential. It was the primary product for brand recall amongst most of our users.

MY ROLE IN THIS PROJECT
I started in Card management when I had joined CRED as an in 2020, and ended up leading with my manager by 2023. Over the course of 3 years the card management system of CRED went through 2 revamps as when the business scaled we added more features and product lines for the user. Apart from screen design changes, this was done through bunching a lot of experiments, continous analysis and constant buisness consideration.
